IMPORTANT NOTES:

· The Carmel Academy supply kits are listed on multiple pages.

· To order your Carmel Academy supply kit, scroll down and click on the grade your child will enter in the fall of the 2014-2015 school year. If you do not see the kit you need on the first page, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click to get to the next page to locate your supply kit.

· Please provide all requested information and make sure you record your email address correctly. All correspondences regarding your order will be made by email.

ATTENTION NON-CONNECTICUT PARENTS: For non-Connecticut residents, please use the Carmel Academy address (270 Lake Avenue, Greenwich, CT 06830) as the shipping address for your school supply kits since the packages will be delivered there and should not be taxed.  Please make sure, however, to enter your correct billing address when requested.

DISTRIBUTION INFORMATION: Supply kits will be distributed directly to your child's classroom and will be available for your child to use on the first day of school.
